When Should You Renovate Or Rebuild? [Infographic]

Did you know that one year of demolition debris from demolished homes is enough to build a wall around the entire border of the continental United States? Well, it’s true. Just the same, when deciding to rebuild, it is the little things that add up; like the savings from using modern materials. For example, with single pane windows, air which has used energy to be either heated or cooled escapes through the window. However, modern multi-pane windows reflect the air back into the room without escaping through the windows allowing for a much more efficient heating and cooling system. The infographic below, presented by Blu Homes, discusses this and other advantages to rebuilding and even renovating.
